PJ Custom Builders ("we," "us") is a residential general contractor based in Minnetonka, Minnesota. We respect your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you visit our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out our quote form, we collect your name, phone, email, project type, and any details you share — so we can respond to your inquiry.
- Automatically collected information. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records basic technical info (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and performance.
- Cookies & similar technologies. Our site uses your browser's storage only to remember your light/dark theme preference. If we enable web analytics or advertising tracking, those services will set their own cookies — see below.
How we use your information
- To respond to quote requests and questions.
- To operate and improve the website.
- To follow up about your project or send service updates if you've reached out.
- To meet our legal obligations.
Analytics and advertising
This site does not currently use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or visitor tracking. If that changes, we'll update this policy before turning anything on.
Embedded content
Our site may embed YouTube videos. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed (youtube-nocookie.com), so videos don't track you unless you press play. Maps on our Contact page are embedded from Google Maps.
How long we keep information
We keep quote-request submissions only as long as needed to respond and follow up on the project, then we delete or archive them. Server logs follow Cloudflare's standard retention.
Your choices and rights
You can:
- Ask what information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete information we have about you.
- Tell us to stop using your information for marketing.
- Opt out of analytics or ad tracking as described above.
To exercise these rights, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. Minnesota residents may have additional rights under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act as it takes effect.
Children's privacy
Our website is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent changes.
